Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Each piece is handmade and packed by me — so it might take a little longer if life gets chaotic, but I’ll let you know if there’s a delay. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since Poured Feelings is all about me letting go of my perfectionism, your piece will probably have some imperfections. That means no returns for bubbles, color variations, or quirks. But don’t worry — I’m not using that as an excuse to send out junk. If you’re paying me, I’m making sure I’m happy with the quality before I list it for sale.
If you have a major issue with your piece (or even a minor one — like it just doesn’t work with the outfit you bought it for), you’re welcome to return or exchange it. You’ll just need to cover return shipping, and I’ll refund 100% of the earring cost as soon as I get it back.
